What should I do here?

I’m a vasal with the Khuzaits and I feel like the AI is not doing me any favors. We were at war with Sturgia and the Aserai at the same time which was a nightmare because everyone was running north and south. Not at war with Sturgia anymore but as soon as we made peace with them Monchug went and declared war with the western empire. I have 15 fiefs and they all border the western empire. So while every place I own is getting attacked Monchug and all the other assholes have been fighting over Shibal Zumr Castle. One side takes it and back and forth so most of the army is over there. And I’m in the same situation over at Onica castle. I own it but they take it and then I take it back. No one is getting anywhere. I want to go on the offensive and take Zeonica but I just don’t have enough people and I don’t think I can get anymore. Any tips for this stalemate? And where do all their troops keep coming from? They keep coming with 1100 troop armies and I keep destroying them, shouldn’t the...

Khergit Commanders: How do you command your troops? [Native]

Any good strategies or tips? Like what are the actual commands you tend to issue?

I finally started a Khergit only playthrough. It's been great so far, although I haven't had to siege yet... The battles tend to be chaos and fast paced horse archery is very satisfying when you get good at it. I basically divide my troops into two groups: Lancers, consisting only of Lancers plus half my companions geared for charging; and Archers, consisting of every other Khergit troop type and the other half of my companions geared for horse archery. At the start of a field battle I typically send Lancers off ahead to the right and Archers off ahead to the left then charge everyone in a pincer attack. It seems to work pretty well. The wiki mentions that you shouldn't charge horse archers since their melee capabilities are rubbish, but they actually tend to stick to bows and hit and run from what I've seen so far? What other commands can I even issue them? I tried telling them to follow me but it seems less effective than just letting them go nuts. Especially against disorganised armies. The Lancers I just have them withdraw and charge repeatedly. I alternate between horse archery and melee myself so I can join either group as necessary. Any other strategies that work well? Thanks.

Prophecy of Pendor - Early Game Guide

I love PoP and think it's the best thing since Sliced Person, but the early game is bloody brutal, especially if you're used to kicking ass and taking names in M&B vanilla. So I wanted to write an early game guide to share my experience and hopefully help someone else get into the mod without as much agony as I (and many others) experienced. Character Creation - Questions When you start character creation, the game hits you with a bunch of background story questions. My advice is to answer these however you like, building the backstory for your character that interests you and helps get you into the story. However , these questions have serious impacts on the game, most critically whether you can create Knights of the Griffon chapters with just money, and something called the Rumor Interval which sounds irrelevant but is the most important thing ever . For a deep read on the subject see the wiki https://pop3.fandom.com/wiki/Character_Creation Or for a quick "Just...

TaleWorlds Forums

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that? It was a useless topic to discuss, but I kept coming back because I was so hyped about the game and was hoping for more information about it.
