Monchug was feeling generous today.

I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. Customizing troops in Diplomacy?

I saw that I can see my troops equipment. Not just companions but also faction troops. Can I give them equipment to make better troops, like remove the huscarls regular armor and replace it? I tried just that but I saw no difference in troop appearance.
