A mod letting you have a personal elite guard?

I know there is (was?) a mod there you could have like a personal guard of 10 units in every battle. But is there any working mod out there that fix so you can have that, but also decide on your own what units shall be in it? Would be really cool as a king/emperor to actually having your own personal elite guards (of high tier units or maybe your companions) standing by your side in the battle no matter what. submitted by /u/Greedy_Sale_2838 [link] [comments]

I Made a Mount & Blade Warband Quick Reference Sheet

As the title says, I made a Quick Reference Sheet for Warband because I love the game and had a bunch of 'free' time. It mostly contains information that I've found I keep forgetting, minor details and QOL reference info. There's a link to the file down below but first I'll go through what it contains, along with credits for information where possible. This is mostly to give you time to prepare your eyes - it isn't the most beautiful document.

Contents of Sheet

  • Personalities of the 8 fixed personality lords of each faction (game start only)[1]
  • Companion tables for party likes/dislikes, an emissary loop and stable groupings.[2][3]
  • Quests with an estimation of which are worthwhile.[4]
  • Example reference for identifying lord personality via rumours or post-battle capture screen.[5]
  • Which troops can be sold to Ramun, the Slave Trader in Tihr for a profit (they sell for <50d elsewhere).[6]
  • Honour and how your actions affect your score.[7]
  • How your actions affect relations with the Ladies of Calradia.[8][9]
  • Default unit command group selection keys.
  • In battle command reference chart. This one is actually the expanded version that is in the Diplomacy 4.Litdum mod which is the version I'm currently playing and would highly recommend if you just want a Native+ experience.
  • Troop trees for each major faction.[10]

There are a few things missing, for example the 'Quests' key is incomplete as yellow colouring can also mean tasks that are time consuming, rather than necessarily requiring skill to complete. On the other hand, I felt a certain amount of brevity was key for a 'Quick Reference Sheet', keeping it to two pages.

Hope someone finds this useful but if not, I suppose I'll go play more M&B anyway.

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that? It was a useless topic to discuss, but I kept coming back because I was so hyped about the game and was hoping for more information about it.
