Monchug was feeling generous today.

I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. The only way this could've been better is if Monchug died instead of his companion. submitted by /u/Glorf_Warlock [link] [comments]

[VC]Are there any drawbacks to bad rep other than opinion hit with honorable lords?

Playing story mode, just after landing the great heathen army in Britain when Northumbria is at war with 15 factions is the most fun I've had in warband. Boarding every caravan within spotting radius without consequence (apart from -1 with their patron lord) is much more fun than raiding villages/monasteries and basically ridding yourself of recruitment opportunities. Problem is, Halfdan has become quite a pussy after the story ended so the privateer lifestyle isn't quite as action packed anymore. Am I gonna regret going solo and just tanking the reputation hit taking out caravans without state of war? Fixing factions relations can be done by swearing fealty later on, right?

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that? It was a useless topic to discuss, but I kept coming back because I was so hyped about the game and was hoping for more information about it.
