Hi, ı am trying to understand dds files and models. But that thing is turning into Gandalf for no reason. I make a model and tried it, it works perfect with other dds but when ı put my own dds file it is GANDALF. I tried to dxdt1, dxt3,5,7 etc. I tried just rgb or rgbe, rgbs whatever. I tried using another programs to cretae a dds file but. I played with shaders and metarial flags on open brf. Nothing is working ı am trying to talk with ai about 10+ hour but none of them found a solution. I personally play mount and blade on an easier difficultly because i found it to be more fun and catering to new players . But unfortunately my friends all say that im bad and shouldn’t play the game as it ruins the immersion. Idk though i feel id get rushed by the butterlord and his 700 men and have to re train 150 troops . Am i the only one who plays on an easier difficulty? Is it looked down upon? Btw I still have over 100 hours into the main campaign without completing it because I enjoy screwing around . Aita for playing on easy mode?
