Monchug was feeling generous today.

I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. So far Argh

Ok I’ve gone to war with people, made my own independent empire. Haven’t used the dragon banner yet. So far so good but despite my success in winning wars I can never convince anyone to betray their lords. It seems these speech checks are rigged to fail. Do I need more than 100 speech to pass anything?
