STUCK AT BEGINING OF WARSAILS

I escorted the merchants and fought off two ships in a sea battle . I'm on the Scourge of the Seas quest. It tells me to talk to Gunnar via a golden exclamation point. I go to talk to him and he says thst he is waiting on new." What do I do now? It seems as though there are no obvious prompts and the quest still exists. I need help specifically with advancing this quest...I can't believe I am stuck this early in the game. If anyone has any advice, I'm really desperate. Keeping the map on your screen?

Hello there,

As the most of you will know Mount and Blade Warband allows you to see certain information on your screen when you press backspace. This function also allows you to see the minimap. When you press backspace again, the information goes away.

I have seen people still using the minimap after getting rid of the other information. I am wondering if there is a some kind function to keep the minimap on screen when fighting and such!

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
