Monchug was feeling generous today.

I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. So I was using the dev console a while back and now it doesn't work. Im wondering if there's a mod where I can spawn troops?
