Is there a mod that changes the formation system to the one from Warband?

In Warband you would allocate troops to formations on your party screen. You could put individual troops in formation 1,2, 3 etc. In bannerlord it feels cumbersome having to do it in the battle deployment screen using the sliders. The campaign is horrible late game!

I am ruler of western empire, Vlandia Aserai, and Khuzait have all declared war on me. I personally wiped out Vlandia first but as I was focusing on them my other armies are know where to be found. Aserai are running around free raiding everything (91 raids) and khuzait is pushing east hard. I’m now focusing on Khuzait cause I made Vlandia beg for peace but not more then a couple days later my empire is voting for war against them !!! Like are you stupid ? Why ? Now I gotta spend 1000 influence to get them to stop the war from starting again and everyone dislikes me for it. I have 4 armies out including mine and someone please tell me why all 3 of my armies are TRYING TO SIEGE THE SAME MF CASTLE !!!! THE ASERAI HAVE RAIDED US 91 TIMES AND IM PUSHING KHUZAIT BACK MYSELF WHILE THESE DUMB MFS ARE FIGHTING VLANDIA..

I can’t for the life of me continue to play like this, these Ai make stupid decisions, and they all team up on me when I try to call for peace. I hope to god there is a update to overhaul these stupid dumb Ai Bots or it’s done for me.

Ps I’m on console so there’s no mods thanks.

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. Bannerlord + ArtMoney. Who uses with?

Money -- no problem. Troops -- no problem. Attribute & Focus points -- no problem. Renown -- no problem. Inventory stuff (weapons, armor etc.), food, goods -- no problem. Even smithy stamina is no problem at all. But how do I can search and modify xp for upgrading my battle & other perks? For example: I want crossbow skill 250, what algorithm?
