Executing lords?

Ok, so I am playing banner lord on Xbox, and I am a lord of the Vlandia faction. So we're at war with Aserai currently, and I am trying to expand, but the Western Empire keeps declaring war on us. It sucks because I have two towns, Lageta and Ortisya, and they keep raiding my villages. I've been losing money, and my towns are close to starving because they keep starting a war with us. I always have just put enemy lords in jail, but it doesn't really do much, and I always hear executing lords is bad. Is executing lords feasible, or are the cons not worth it?

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. How do I get into the major leagues?

How do I get out of being classified as a minor faction? I’m constantly at war, usually fighting two wars at once with my immediate neighbors, and I’m starting to suspect it’s because the game still considers me a minor faction. I’m nearly clan rank 6, with three vassals and basically a good chunk of the Sturgian lands, plus Epicoratoa, and now I’m starting to push into Battanian lands, so I have no idea how I’m still “minor”.
