Has the Nordic Heavy Mail been removed from War Sails?

Is anyone seeing this on War Sails in Nord towns? I had it a few weeks ago. Started a new campaign and can no longer find it in towns. 30 in game years and a many Berserkirs slain and still nothing. Xbox players: A warning regarding saves.

Do not under any circumstances try to clean up you're saves by deleting old ones, even if you have named saves the game is bugged and will convert your named save to "Saveauto1" so when you delete it your not actually deleting a auto save but said previously named save. Ended up losing my entire charather and over 200+ hours of a run doing this. I advise you just advoid it completely. May Thöuk King-Slayer find peace in Valhalla, his story cut short so soon after becoming king of the Sturgians.
