They seem extraordinarily expensive to recruit (compared to normal faction soldiers) and they don't seem to even be as good as most faction soldiers. The infantry line in particular is weak as shit. Maybe the horse archers and crossbowmen are worth it, but otherwise.... submitted by /u/PriceOptimal9410 [link] [comments]
Just got my first fief, which is a full city. Which skills would your ideal Governor have if you were planning to keep control of it for a full playthrough? Say you had 1,000 or so skill points to play with.
Thanks for reading!
I'm familiarizing myself with the game during this, my first playthrough, and using the Knightfall modlist for 1.16.
I'm experimenting with how different companions perform with different functions (certain skill levels of particular skills for a caravan runner, etc.), and since I just got my first fief, the whole Manage Town screen and the Governorship mechanic has opened up to me.
It's a little overwhelming, but if you were able to just conjure up your ideal companion for Governorship with 1,000 points or level 25 or so, where are you putting those skill points? EDIT: I forgot to mention, I'm asking about the Governor-based perks in the perk trees.
Thanks for any input here!
