I have been testing quite a bit Naute vs Legionaries as I want to make a Infantry playthrough with Empire only units and I noticed Legionaries are just ass now. Naute even with worse armor just outperform and that even in battles where they are outnumbered and/or fight mixed armies against t5/t4 with archers and cav. Really was surprised by how good the Naute are compared to Legionaries or other infantry from other factions. submitted by /u/KolkanCova [link] [comments]

I survived til right when the recruits started coming out at the end and an archer got me lol my fucking neck hurts from this haha at no point was there any clear indicator who was going to win it went back and forth + or - 10 kills either side. One of the most truly awesome yet suckass battles I’ve been in any playthrough. Def the most wild this one. RIP to the companion I picked up right before this battle.
