Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Helmets are annoying, how to remove them?

I spent quite some time on making a character with a good face, but it doesn't matter since the helmet hides it at all (it's even worse if you have a female char). So, how to hide the helmets without removing them (and have 0 head armor)? Is there some mod or other way to make them invisible or something?
