Monchug was feeling generous today.

I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. Can someone tell me what the built but grayed out projects mean? (granary and fairgrounds)

I’m assuming they’re complete projects that are not functioning (ie. they got damaged in the siege) but it’s my first play through so I just want to be 100% sure.
