Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Little backstory: So I eliminated the Westerlands (who doesn't?) and then a little while later they were revived by "King Balon Greyjoy", I thought it was weird but thought maybe he was just going to take some of the vassals and they would be one kingdom.....and then this happened.
