Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. PoP Merchant Quest

When you talk to the Merchant in the tavern at the start of a game, he'd give you a quest to search for some bandits outside of town. Well, this being PoP i got my what-for handed to me. I recruited some nobles and a handful of recruits and they got dismembered by some mystmountain leader, now he's disappeared and i'm not sure how to finish the quest. The $1000 helps early on, any help is appriciated. Thanks
