What should I do here?

I’m a vasal with the Khuzaits and I feel like the AI is not doing me any favors. We were at war with Sturgia and the Aserai at the same time which was a nightmare because everyone was running north and south. Not at war with Sturgia anymore but as soon as we made peace with them Monchug went and declared war with the western empire. I have 15 fiefs and they all border the western empire. So while every place I own is getting attacked Monchug and all the other assholes have been fighting over Shibal Zumr Castle. One side takes it and back and forth so most of the army is over there. And I’m in the same situation over at Onica castle. I own it but they take it and then I take it back. No one is getting anywhere. I want to go on the offensive and take Zeonica but I just don’t have enough people and I don’t think I can get anymore. Any tips for this stalemate? And where do all their troops keep coming from? They keep coming with 1100 troop armies and I keep destroying them, shouldn’t the...

Questions on the cultures of Bannerlord to Warband

So I've been wondering a lot on the culture of Bannerlord and how they transition to the ones of Warband. So far Taleworlds has been pretty straight up with the cultures and peoples they take inspirations from for the Bannerlord factions.

-The Aserai: The pre Islamic Arab tribes -The Battanians: The Celtic people`s of western Europe, primarily those of the British Isles -Khuzait Khanate: The steppe peoples of central Asia, such as the Avars, Kipchaks, and obviously the mongols -The Sturgians: The Kievan Rus, with some Finnic and Norse influence (obviously the Norse my dudes) -The Vlandians: The feudal states of early medieval Europe, though mostly the Normans The Empire: The Roman and Byzantine empires

Though obviously there are some other influences on the factions theses are what they are primarily based on. Then there are the war band factions.

(These are my interpretations, and i apologize if you disagree)

The Khergit: Mongol/Turkic steppe peoples The Nords: The Norse The Rhodoks: The Swiss/Italian city states (i think there is some Scottish influence though barely and its mostly due the the relationship between it and Swadia) The Sarranids: The Islamic peoples of the middle east (this one I don't know to well and I apologize) The Swadians: The HRE and France (I think theirs some Englsih influence though barley and its mostly due to the relationship between it and the Rhodoks) The Vaegirs: The Muscovy principality out of a tatar yoke

So back to my question of how does this transition change many of the culture so drastically over 200 hundred years. Such as how do the Vlandians start out as (what seems to be as we haven't seen it in game yet) a homogeneous state to then splitting with two very distinct culture groups of Swadians and Rhodoks? What happened to the Battanians, were they mostly assimilated, did some become the forest bandits to retain there culture, or did they depart for a new land (like the Britons going to Brittany)? Also what happend to the empire, where they just pushed out east, do some of the people within city's identify more with the imperial culture than the warband cultures, or is it just gone and assimilated?

But yea that some of the stuff i was wondering about the culture in Mount and Blade and i wanted to know the reedit peoples thoughts on these. Also I apologize if this is hard to read or to understand, English is a second Language.
