I cant declare myself bannerlord even though I am already king

I decided to really make a kingdom before being forced into the conspiracy because this is my second campaign and I'm already aware how much of a slog it will be if I just go in unprepared. Are people actually able to play Warsword Conquest: WoM?

I see a lot of recommendations for Warsword Conquest. I figure they're referring to the new beta. I was very excited for it but I found it crashed constantly once I had gunpowder units (which were a major draw for me). Made a couple posts on the caravanserai thread but it's fairly dead, so thought I'd try my luck here.

Is there either a new patch or maybe some secret I'm not aware of? I am on the steam version. I was unsure if I had installed WSE properly, but it seemed to function properly other than the crashes.

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features.
