Can AI factions give away fiefs to others?

Super weird, in this stage of the game where Vlandia owned a lot of Sturgias cities like Varcheg, Omor, and Epricrotea from the Northern Empire. Well something super weird just happened, all three of those cities just swapped to Sturgia. No siege, still at war it's extremely confusing. Is this a glitch or can cities just flip like that? Getting insane FPS lag and input lag on Viking Conquest, what is the issue?

I have good hardware specs (listed below) and every time I try and play viking conquest i experience unending lag especially on the campaign map along with half a second to 1 full second input lag.

Dell 2560x1440p 144hz Monitor

i7-4770k @ 4.4Ghz

2x GTX 1080 ZOTACs in SLI

32GB DDR3 RAM

500GB SSD + 6TB HDD Space

Doesn't matter if I set battle size to 150 or 750, the lag is the same.

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. How do I get into the major leagues?

How do I get out of being classified as a minor faction? I’m constantly at war, usually fighting two wars at once with my immediate neighbors, and I’m starting to suspect it’s because the game still considers me a minor faction. I’m nearly clan rank 6, with three vassals and basically a good chunk of the Sturgian lands, plus Epicoratoa, and now I’m starting to push into Battanian lands, so I have no idea how I’m still “minor”.
