What should I do here?

I’m a vasal with the Khuzaits and I feel like the AI is not doing me any favors. We were at war with Sturgia and the Aserai at the same time which was a nightmare because everyone was running north and south. Not at war with Sturgia anymore but as soon as we made peace with them Monchug went and declared war with the western empire. I have 15 fiefs and they all border the western empire. So while every place I own is getting attacked Monchug and all the other assholes have been fighting over Shibal Zumr Castle. One side takes it and back and forth so most of the army is over there. And I’m in the same situation over at Onica castle. I own it but they take it and then I take it back. No one is getting anywhere. I want to go on the offensive and take Zeonica but I just don’t have enough people and I don’t think I can get anymore. Any tips for this stalemate? And where do all their troops keep coming from? They keep coming with 1100 troop armies and I keep destroying them, shouldn’t the...

Pissed off, tempted to revolt.

Honestly, I’m really starting to get impatient. I’m with the Kingdom of Vaegirs. I had recently taken Sargoth back from the Nords (granted it had a garrison of 55 troops, but still), and I was finally granted a city. Then, but a few days later, Sargoth was besieged. I didn’t have that many troops there, but even if I did, what can you even do against a force of 300 Nord troops, probably more!? And OF COURSE the asshole King doesn’t even send anyone to help defend the town.

The Vaegirs are at war with the Nords & Rhodoks, and the Sarranids have just declared war. They recently got peace with the Khergits, but I bet they’ll be eager to reclaim their lost territory. The notes says that they’re losing the war, although they still have around 5 cities or so.

I have two villages & a castle with around 230 mid and high-tier troops. I have decent relations with many lords, due to helping them and just having high honor. I can try to convince one lord, Boyar Ralcha, to help me rebel, as he has 31 relations with me and is my father-in-law, but since he’s an “original” lord with a city, I don’t know if he’d be up for it.

I also have enterprises in almost every city, and around 20,000 denars on my person.

Do you think I should finally break my oath and face the Vaegirs as an independent kingdom? Or should I bide my time- probably taking a break from Warband for my own mental health?

EDIT: the Swadians have been obliterated at this point, but that’s nothing new.

Prophecy of Pendor - Early Game Guide

I love PoP and think it's the best thing since Sliced Person, but the early game is bloody brutal, especially if you're used to kicking ass and taking names in M&B vanilla. So I wanted to write an early game guide to share my experience and hopefully help someone else get into the mod without as much agony as I (and many others) experienced. Character Creation - Questions When you start character creation, the game hits you with a bunch of background story questions. My advice is to answer these however you like, building the backstory for your character that interests you and helps get you into the story. However , these questions have serious impacts on the game, most critically whether you can create Knights of the Griffon chapters with just money, and something called the Rumor Interval which sounds irrelevant but is the most important thing ever . For a deep read on the subject see the wiki https://pop3.fandom.com/wiki/Character_Creation Or for a quick "Just...

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that? It was a useless topic to discuss, but I kept coming back because I was so hyped about the game and was hoping for more information about it.
