Mod Installation Issues+HELP

Since House of the Dragon Season 2 came out last weekend, my game of thrones itch compelled me to download the Realm of Thrones mod for Bannerlord. This is the first time I've actually used modded content on Bannerlord, so I wasn't sure what to expect.

Naturally I downloaded relevant files off Nexus (Harmony, uiexpanded, ROT5.3) and I threw in the serve as a soldier mod for some additional flavor.

Before you ask, yes, I did download a mod unblocker and I'm pretty sure it ran smoothly since I didn't find any issues under the properties tab when I went to check.

I made sure the mod order was correct as well, so I know that's not an issue.

My first problem came after I downloaded realm of thrones and couldn't find it on my mod list. I responded by extracting the mods components-- core, content, dragons, etc.-- and putting them in the primary mod folder, which seemed to fix it.

However, nothing I do makes the game actually function.

The Serve as a soldier mod made it crash basically immediately, so I gave up on that, but trying to load with just realm of thrones, harmony and extended UI just leave sit frozen and nearly sets my CPU on fire-- so, it basically crashes.

I don't know what the issue is. I checked online and I can't seem to find any specifics about this. I've tried some generic fixes and I made sure to roll back my game version, but I'm extremely frustrated. This evening was one of the only ones I had free over the next few weeks and I feel like I've wasted it when I could've just been playing the game, going out on a run or getting drunk with my friends.

Can I get any help from you guys?

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that? It was a useless topic to discuss, but I kept coming back because I was so hyped about the game and was hoping for more information about it.
