Can your children still spawn with crowns? (Xbox)

I did a quick google search and it still seems like the answer is yes but I want to make absolutely sure of it and if there is anything to up the odds on it happening? Culture Penalty in Owned Town

Anyone know why I have a culture penalty of -220 in the town I own as a ruler of my own kingdom? I am Khuzait and I own Odokh, whose culture IS Khuzait…and my husband, who is also Khuzait, is the governor. And yet when I hover over settlement tax while in the manage town page, it’s a huge minus. So what gives?

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features.
