How to get saboteurs in fourberie

Hi guys,

Fourberie is a very popular mod so I hope I won't be ostracized for talking about it here.

My problem is that I seem to have zero problems creating Assassins but as far as spies (or by the look of it the most useful) saboteurs goes, none of my troops turn into them.

Does anyone know how to make saboteurs or spies instead of as assassins. Mostly I'm enjoying the fourberie mod but I can't figure this out.

Tldr: how do I create saboteurs and spies in fourberie?
