Monchug was feeling generous today.

I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. illness and disease

Im dying of illness due to old age but i dont want an heir. I want to continue my game with my character, not an heir. Don't have birth and death disabled. Is there any other way i can cure him or am i just doomed to die alone.
