Messed up camera rotation speed

So I was playing some TLD last night, going about my business, when my cat decided to jump up onto the keyboard. After dying because of it, in the middle of a fight, I noticed that the rotation speed of the camera is now painfully slow. Like a full drag across my mouse mat barely turns the camera 30 degrees. I have tried googling, and pressing all the buttons I can. I've even tried re-installing the game but it seems bent on saving my settings regardless. Is there any way at all to completely reset the camera? It's not just like this in battle. The over world map camera is also just as slow (when right click dragging)
