i can't sue for peace while actively dying

im in 2 front war, all my vassals are captured, i have one castle left after vlandia cane with the 2000 men army and took my city , and i cant make peace even i i want to pay tribute. Is there an update / alternative to Diplomacy 4.3 for a Native+ experience?

I've seen various conversion mods over the years fix the bugs in Diplomacy, or expand on some of its features, but these have never been added to the core mod (to my knowledge). As someone who prefers Native, is there anything better by now?
