[PoP] How do I reduce the time to train my CKNO or equip my CKNO with new armor?

I've seen that you can edit in the files (more specifically scripts.txt and simple_triggers.txt), but I can no longer find the location of training time or equipment time, since the mod has been updated since the time it was first added.
