Where to begin... So the Battanians get into their fateful war with Vlaandians, but the western empire declared war upon their new Vlaandian neighbors. The western empire and the battanians pushed back the Vlaandians, but then the Aserai attacked the Western Empire. The Vlaandians made peace with the Battanians to focus their efforts on the western empire, and though the Battanians were doing well on their own, the Sturgians declared war on them. Battanians lose Flintolg castle but gain the Kranirog and Mazhadan castles, and then they claim Sturgia-owned Epicrotea during the Sturgian's battle against the Western Empire. The Khuzait declare war on the Sturgians and claim Tyal from them, so the Sturgians make peace with the Battanians to focus on the Khuzait. The western empire loses ground to both the Aserai and the Vlaandians, so they are forced to make peace with the Vlaandians. I've gotten to the point where I know the perfect army composition to destroy everyone in the field and in sieges, and I am unstoppable in combat mounted or dismounted - having mastered the combat system.
I tried busting out a new game yesterday after a couple months break from my last conquest and I actually got bored pretty early on.. It just feels like the challenge is gone and I've done everything there is to do. I know a lot of you have 500-1k hours played, I'm just curious how you still keep it entertaining after all this time.
