Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Who here has watched Kingdom of Heaven?

The director's cut of Kingdom of Heaven is one of my favorite movies of all time. It is based on historical events and does a great job of painting a picture of life in that era, in that region.

To see the troops in the field, the Templar knights, Saladin's mamluks, it reminds me very much of controlling an army in native.

Anyone here with an interest in the crusades and medieval warfare should watch it.

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
