Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Happy holidays can you guys help me with a problem I have.

I got the game and had a great first run but now when I try to start another I just fizzle out because I’m level 15 with 15 recruits vs 50 bandits and I was just farming loot from sea raiders and started to jump in levels any advice

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
