Hey guys I havent been playing bannerlord for a while and now that I saw the recent uptades about the game I wanted to start again. Last time I played I was using Realm of Thrones mod.I didn't finish that to the end like I quit halfway through. I wanna play it again but Im not sure and does nords just come with the dlc ? If thats right I want to play realm of thrones again. Other than that about the mods. I saw my mate playing and he was using patrol like I was using ımproved garrisons for this. So what mods do you guys using rn? Any suggestions? I downloaded diplomacy rbm and Im gonna download some more but It may not be competible w each other so Im waiting for your answers to go through. So I started ANOTHER Battania playthrough lol & I finally branch off to go independent with pravend as my capital. I already had ocs hall & caleus castle so I take drapend castle(from vlandia) to secure my border & proceed to verscand castle which belonged to west empire. (Btw I was at war with West E, Battania & Vlandia) so as I'm besieging, a bunch of Battanian parties are trying to run past like they're being called to an army but are getting stuck & won't pass because my army so enough of them get stuck to where they attack me I defeat them so when I attack the case it's empire & battanian troops waiting for me.... Battanians in green with green shields & battanian clan banners with purple empire troops with empire banners I WAS SO DAMN JEALOUSSS but confused because I dont know what happened I looked at diplomacy & they weren't allianced & I checked clans & no battanian mercenaries working for the west. Ik different fact...

I had not played in a year or so and came back to v1.3.15 to find a fair number of changes. I do not have war sails. Most annoying, it has become impossible to find banners. Previously, high-tier banners often dropped as tournament rewards with 10+ renowned fighters. Now, despite having seen a significant tournament sample size, I have not seen a single one. Noble mounts seem less common as well, but I have seen at least a few. Is this a known change? Idk how I'm supposed to make progress. I have a good army and I can beat pretty much all castles and armies in direct combat, but whenever I try to take castles or cities it only takes about 1-2 days until the enemy Marshall comes marching in with 7 armies to reclaim it. Meanwhile my allies do nothing but standing around in a field and chasing random bandits and armies. In the time it takes for the enemy to mobilize I can't even get to a few villages to recruit more units for the garrison. Hey all, I've been playing Bannerlord for a while now and LOVE it, getting more and more into modding through the Steam Workshop, and was looking for a specific mod that you guys would suggest. Id like, if possible, to apply different color schemes to certain troops in my army but not others. I'm trying to create the troop trees of certain Medieval Total War factions through the My Little Warband mod, and my next project is the Principality of Antioch. I'm fine with the majority having their red sigil on blue field combination, but adding in the blue/yellow of Edessan Knights and the black/white of Hospitillars would be awesome. Does such a mod exist? I have Persistent Banner already to keep my white/black Teutonic Knights when fighting for Vlandia, but thats as far as ive delved into color mods. It would be cool to have a system where you could change your party's campaign movement pace. There could be some kind of fatigue system, where traveling at a faster pace drains party fatigue, and traveling at a slower pace or staying put recharges it. If you run out of fatigue, your party would be fixed at the slowest pace until fatigue regenerates. Traveling at a faster pace reduces map visibility, traveling at a slower pace increases it. I remember when War Sails came out you could start a Khuzait character with 6 points in Bow because every starting option included a Bow skill boost, now the option of "Survived a siege" is unavailable if you previously choose the needed options. I auto-resolve 90% of the fights I get into, what can I do for better results? Should I find 1-2 companions with high tactics skill and keep them in my party? Will that help? Do I have to assign them into any role? There is no slot for tactics role, is it enough if I just keep them in my party? As for sieges, should I keep a companion with high engineering skill and assign him in the engineering slot? The games in need of some major improvements but I’ve been a day one player (on console) and I just want some super simple changes. I’m not a developer so maybe it’s more complicated than I think. This post isn’t really going to be talking about big changes just some small ones that I believe would be easy to add. Any hope we’ll get some simple QOL updates? The ones I’m talking about are A messenger system, the AI can send us all these messages including recruiting mercenaries Being able to edit your offspring. We don’t have mods, and I like to RP as different clans. I would love the ability to press V on the keyboard and edit my kids. Honestly I’ve been rerolling for blonde hair and it takes way too long. So I'm a new player on console and after a few false starts have a good run going with Battania. The Ole Dawg dies and now I run the joint. The Nords are still intact but we control everything from Hvalvik to Omor down to Ortisia in the South. I am dealing with no small frustration trying to manage my collection of rowdy lords. What does it cost influence wise to say no to a war proposal? Is there a way to herd the cats toward a particular target or do they all just run around like idiots? Is there any benefit to reorganizing the field so everyone has a chunk of turf instead of just being randomly spread out willy nilly? How mad do they get if I take fiefs away if I gift them others in return? Also it seems like some do better managing their fiefs than others, is that a thing or just bad luck on their part? Ergeon in particular can't seem to keep a city from rebelling for the life of him. Is there a way to recruit the Vlandian nobles now that I trounced them into nothingn...

having to pass a dozen speech checks without failing a single one or you get permanently locked out is the most anti -fun thing imaginable. if they really want to hang on to the speech check mechanic for this. you should simply need to meet a specific total quantity of speech checks passed over time, and every once and a while you meet with your girl and get a chance to pass one and make progress towards that threshold. if you fail well better luck next time As it stands, I just had an incident where I wanted to pass the current system, each check was 70-90% chance of success, we had traits in common, I had decent charm, and even with all of this it STILL took me save scumming over half a dozen times just to pass ONE of the two humiliation rituals the game subjects you to something more managable like the above changes are all thats really needed, at this point i will just settle for something that actually works. but fuck it, if you want to make this a real mount and blade game, we...

Seriously, is there a workaround for this? I’ve tried the launch the exe from game folder technique, problem is, it ignores your mods entirely. I’m on ps5 and it’s happend hella times already where either one I execute a bunch of people and then it crashes. Or like this most recent time where I laid siege on Rhotae for 12 days had 2 separate field battles from them pulling up while I’m on siege then a barricade battle on the port defeated all of them then went back to the siege broke their walls down went in defeated them then boom frozen on the overview screen. As you can see Vlandia and the Khuzaits dog horde are pretty equally matched and they went in their usual paths. Me and the Vlandians did the old Vlandian tradition of nailing tree huggers to the trees they held so dear and for the Empire the Khuzaits did most of the work but I did the finishing blow. Because of that many of the Empire and Battanian clans fled to Khuzaits lands and joined them. The Sturgian hate us as much they hate the Khuzaits because I committed war crimes on them during our last war with them and the Aserai are doing what they do best and hiding in their desert so I can’t sue for an alliance. The part of the map where we meet is a literal No Man’s Land except for my city Amitatys which is essentially Cadia form Warhammer 40k. If you make a new clan by rewarding one of your companions, the new clan spawns with only male members (unless it was a female companion you rewarded). Let's say you've formed a new kingdom and you're trying to populate it with clans, if there are no women, these clans are basically doomed to die out. Im sorry I dont have a video i wasnt ready to record it, but when youre in town and go to one of the gang areas, you can jump just before a thug talks to you and youll continue to fly. it seems you just keep going the same direction, angle and speed you were at mid air when the little talk scene happens, and youll fly up and through walls. I am fighting the united empire for ages, taje cities and castles, but can´t take the remaining 5 cities because they are defended with 1500+ units and I cant get abigger army than 1600, so I fail everytime. I ahd a new idea of simply executing every enemy lord, but they seem to grow back altough aging is off. I killed about 200 lords, but the faction has it´s 20+ lords easy peasy.
