Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Best laptop for the most demanding mod in Warband?

I've been playing this game since around 2009 (back in Mount and Blade 1 days). This is still my no. 1 go-to game in case I have some time to burn. I wanted to try mods like AWOIAF with the most demanding resolution and still have that smooth 60fps. So what laptops can you guys suggest?
