Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Lady Isolla of Suno is a lord now?

Yeah so as the title says I've somehow managed to find Lady Isolla running around on the map, she's lost the "of Suno" part of her name and she's a lord with her own army, anyway i managed to recruit her but was wondering if anyone knows how this might have happened.
