Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Recruiting vassals

Is there any way to know what vassals when recruiting them will be able to carry a fair amount of troops?

I keep on recruiting vassals and never seem to see any correlation in any facts into which vassal will be able to have an army of 100+ troops and which vassal will have 30 troops. To me it just seems like I have to guess and hope I'm lucky.

P.S I'm playing on PS4 with no mods so can't use them.
