Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Any mod that explores marriage a little bit more?

Im gonna be sincere, i love romance in games, but just as an aditive, like, a side line, bioware like. i wanted to know if there is any mod that give the "romance" side a little more attention, thanks in advance!
