Which game do you think is the most realistic one? Warband or FaS. And what mods would you recommend to make the game more fun to play?

I have this habit of creating a new character, playing it for a few days, getting bored, deleting the character and creating a new one. I just need something to make the game more fun to play for longer periods of time. Do you have anything to recommend
