Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. King Ragnar has abandoned feudalism

In the game of Warband I am playing, King Ragnar seems very reluctant to give out fiefs to his vassals. He owns everything in his kingdom.

Every town

Every castle

Every village

and for some reason he still has loyal vassals. Guess he wants to create a modern autocracy instead.

Probably a bug, but I find it interesting.
