Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. So I made the mistake of entrusting my camp followers with carrying the loot of five castles I sacked and when I suffered enough casualties to go back to having 260 men, they ditched me and I lost everything. Quick ways to kill myself?

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
