Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Best way to start your own kingdom?

Right now I've been roaming around Rhodok and Swadian land doing random quests. Been mainly focusing on doing quests for Rhodok lords and hopefully later get hired as a merc once a war starts. I want to start off probably as a Rhodok vassal and then start my new Kingdom in Swadian land which is why I want to improve relationships with Swadian and Rhodok Lords.
