Hi, ı am trying to understand dds files and models. But that thing is turning into Gandalf for no reason. I make a model and tried it, it works perfect with other dds but when ı put my own dds file it is GANDALF. I tried to dxdt1, dxt3,5,7 etc. I tried just rgb or rgbe, rgbs whatever. I tried using another programs to cretae a dds file but. I played with shaders and metarial flags on open brf. Nothing is working ı am trying to talk with ai about 10+ hour but none of them found a solution. I inevitably lose interest in Warband shortly after getting my first city. It's just... I've made it. I'm set, and there's nothing left to do except basically the same thing over and over again.
That's why I enjoy the Third Age mod so much. For those who don't know it's set in Middle Earth during the War of the Ring, with loads and loads of factions, but all divided into Good and Evil. So there is no diplomacy, city-taking or political shenanigans. You're just either fighting to take down Sauron and Saruman, or conquer in their name, and there's never, say, a fight between Lothlorien and Gondor. I like having an actual, official goal.
Is there really no other mod that does this?
