Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Is Floris the best extension mod for vanilla?

It seems like Floris is the best extension mod: not something like Lord of the Rings or Star Wars, just the base game but with some interesting new mechanics.

Should a reasonably new Warband player on vanilla interested in Floris check it out?
