Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Are there troop differences between the Northern, Southern, and Western empires?

I realize they are recently split empires and very similar to each other, but I feel like a homogeneous troop pool between the three would be a bit boring given they make up over a third of the factions
