Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Greatest Faction Ever

What’s the best faction in Warband, and why is it the Nords?

Just came off a super depressing attempt at playing through as the Swadians (kept getting caught by powerful lords every time I was starting to get my feet back under me), so I decided to start a new play through as the Nords, again. So much better.

For context, I try to even use the same equipment as my troops in each play through.

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
