Is there a mod that changes the formation system to the one from Warband?

In Warband you would allocate troops to formations on your party screen. You could put individual troops in formation 1,2, 3 etc. In bannerlord it feels cumbersome having to do it in the battle deployment screen using the sliders. AI not recruiting bug?

Has anyone else encountered a bug where AI lords don't recruit enough and up to a certain point they just go to a village, look like they're recruiting (standing still for a while) but no recruits are added to their party? I'm pretty sure they're attempting to recruit because they only do this behavior if they're doing something in a fief.

Also, I'm running a few mods and one of them increases the party size of you and AI lords. Since they're not able to recruit enough, they're always below the 40% threshold to form an army. I know my mod list is fine because when I start a new game, I don't have this issue and I see lords recruiting a lot.

I'm just wondering if anyone else has encountered this bug especially in vanilla so I'll know if I can possibly fix this or just start a new playthrough.

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. Bannerlord + ArtMoney. Who uses with?

Money -- no problem. Troops -- no problem. Attribute & Focus points -- no problem. Renown -- no problem. Inventory stuff (weapons, armor etc.), food, goods -- no problem. Even smithy stamina is no problem at all. But how do I can search and modify xp for upgrading my battle & other perks? For example: I want crossbow skill 250, what algorithm?
