Monchug was feeling generous today.

I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. Stupid Question: How Do I Get 1.7.0?

I want it bad because it seems like it's a major improvement (and fixes the damn snow streaks). Steam update only got me as high as 1.6.5... Anything I'm missing?
