Is there a mod that changes the formation system to the one from Warband?

In Warband you would allocate troops to formations on your party screen. You could put individual troops in formation 1,2, 3 etc. In bannerlord it feels cumbersome having to do it in the battle deployment screen using the sliders. Something off my chest

I got bannerlord about a week ago and I’ve been absolutely loving it, so I talk to some of my friends who also had it and recommended me a bunch of mods such as realistic battle mod, cut through everything mod, training fields mod, dismemberment, horse charges etc etc. what frustrates me is I downloaded all those mods plus MCM, harmony, Modlib and so on and so forth. But after downloading every single mod and the required mods that needed to go with (which is fucking ridiculous) it completely crashes and breaks my game and I literally had to do a factory reset of the game (thankfully saving my game file folder) so now I’m just playing the base game again albeit with the cheat mode activated to give it some what of a fun experience, it’s just unfortunate because all those M&B mods looked absolutely amazing.

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. Bannerlord + ArtMoney. Who uses with?

Money -- no problem. Troops -- no problem. Attribute & Focus points -- no problem. Renown -- no problem. Inventory stuff (weapons, armor etc.), food, goods -- no problem. Even smithy stamina is no problem at all. But how do I can search and modify xp for upgrading my battle & other perks? For example: I want crossbow skill 250, what algorithm?
