Is there a mod that changes the formation system to the one from Warband?

In Warband you would allocate troops to formations on your party screen. You could put individual troops in formation 1,2, 3 etc. In bannerlord it feels cumbersome having to do it in the battle deployment screen using the sliders. Cheating death

My playthrough has really turned around. Almost at 500k. Got 6 towns, 2 castles with a good cash flow. Parties, kids, etc etc. I’m 42 meaning I’m getting closer to death and I still haven’t finished grinding trading/smithing. I haven’t started a kingdom, waiting to hit 3 mil. So I have decades left and I really want my OG character to sit on the throne but I just learned today that I can DIE OF OLD AGE AT 60?? That really sucks man. I’m cool if I’m dead at 80 (I’m aware that in these times life expectancy was far shorter)

I keep reading on google about turning this off and I seriously need to turn it off. How do I do this? Also what happens to my stats?! Please don’t tell me I have to regrind all my stats especially smithing. Any help is appreciated šŸ˜… I’m on console

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. Bannerlord + ArtMoney. Who uses with?

Money -- no problem. Troops -- no problem. Attribute & Focus points -- no problem. Renown -- no problem. Inventory stuff (weapons, armor etc.), food, goods -- no problem. Even smithy stamina is no problem at all. But how do I can search and modify xp for upgrading my battle & other perks? For example: I want crossbow skill 250, what algorithm?
