Hey folks! Question about War Sails.

I’m still a new player at Mount & Blade. My friend has the PS+ catalogue so I gave Warband a shot and liked it, I’ll be sure to play it on PC! I’m interested in buying War Sails. Is there an updated mod that stop my vassals from demanding we start a war every 2 minutes?

I have diplomacy mod, but i want them to not even put it to vote, this isn't a democracy i want to slowly but surely expand over decades if the save file can handle it, i'm thinking of just ruling alone with no vassals
