Is there an updated mod that stop my vassals from demanding we start a war every 2 minutes?

I have diplomacy mod, but i want them to not even put it to vote, this isn't a democracy i want to slowly but surely expand over decades if the save file can handle it, i'm thinking of just ruling alone with no vassals
