(Floris) patrols/allies not interacting with bandits or joining battles

I'm 1346 game days into this one. I have my own kingdom. Just recently, my patrols have stopped chasing or running from bandits, and bandits have stopped chasing or running from my patrols. My vassals (including my husband) and patrols won't join battles with bandits, even if they're accompanying me and right on top of the battle.

Manhunters still engage with bandits and deserters, but not my people. Does anyone have a solution?
